- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Only products purchased directly from SAIZA are eligible for return. For purchases made through authorized retailers, please contact the respective retailer for their return policy.

2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at return@saizaskin.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
- Please ensure that the product(s) being returned are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refund or Exchange:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- Upon approval, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase or provide you with an exchange, as per your preference.
- Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs incurred.

5. Returns Due to Allergic Reactions:

- SAIZA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item(s).
